A Space I Have Been Quietly Building For You
There is something I have been wanting to say for a while now.
If you have been reading these newsletters, you already know my story. You know about India, about the waiting, about the small daily choices that slowly brought my body back to trust. And maybe, in reading, something in you has recognised itself.
Maybe you are in your own waiting phase right now. Maybe your period has been gone for months or longer. Maybe you have already tried changing your diet, reducing your training, adding supplements and yet your body still feels silent.
I understand. Because when I was going through HA, I tried everything. And I mean everything lol. From a heavy metal detox to an energy tarot woman performing a body cleanse ritual while calling my ancestors (!). I was desperate, searching, willing to try anything that might bring my body back. And I do not regret any of it because each step was part of my path. But looking back, I also know that what I was searching for was never in a supplement or a ritual.
What I needed was to understand the deeper pattern. Because HA is not only about eating more and reducing exercise. It goes deeper than that. It is about letting go of an old vicious circle a way of living, of pushing, of never feeling safe enough to stop.
And then rebuilding something new.
Not a strict protocol. Not another set of rules to follow. But a way of living that is truly in harmony with your nature. Because we are nature. And the more we reconnect with our true self with our natural rhythms, our seasons, our body's own wisdom, the more deeply we can heal.
This is where Yoga and Ayurveda become something far more powerful than practices. They become a language your body already knows. Yoga brings you back into your body out of the fear, out of the noise, back into presence and safety. Ayurveda offers you a Dinacharya a daily rhythm, a lifestyle designed not by willpower but by nature itself that gently signals to your nervous system, day after day: you are safe, you are nourished, you can rest.
When the body finally believes that message, it remembers how to heal.
That shift does not happen overnight. But it also does not have to take years of searching alone.
And honestly? I wish I had found earlier what I can now offer you.
